REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

DUE TO COVID REASONS, We are only processing exchanges at this moment. If a refund is necessary We will provide you with a store credit. All exchanges must be made within 24hrs of the time you receive your item(s). Please submit a ticket for the item you would like to exchange for. All local returns will be picked up & exchanged. All postal returns must be ship back to the Doll Lee Headquarters. All items will be inspected and upon approval, will be exchange. Please be advised this process make take up to 48 hours upon return/exchange. 

PLEASE NOTE: IN THE EVENT THAT A ITEM IS WORN, DAMAGE OR TORN WE WILL DECLINE YOUR TICKET. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST. WE DO REQUIRE PROOF OF TRACKING FOR ALL RETURN PACKAGING. PLEASE KEEP PROOF OF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.
